Reason for Ban: "Banned for Over-Escalation 4th offense: As a member of the science department. Demanded the RD broke SOP, RD stated no, this escalated to Wereiswas getting fired, upon being fired Wereiswas lured the RD into their office and firebombed them."
What lead up to the ban: As the robotocist I kept asking and demanding the RD get the mats from the vault, they refused to and eventually fired me for insubordination or something. After getting fired I made preparations to firebomb them such as making the firebombs, getting a fire suit, and getting a bottle of alcohol. I lured them into their office under the guise of apologizing and I used the bottle of alcohol and the fire bombs to attempt to kill them.
Why you should be unbanned: There was a similar situation that happened in a previous round which also resulted in me firebombing the RD which I was told by an admin was properly escalated, I mistakenly used that to think I would be justified in this scenario. I understand that where I went wrong was immediately jumping to the most aggressive response to a minor thing like firing and skipping all other ways of properly escalating. I will do better in the future to properly escalate situations and generally not be as aggressive in character.
