Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing:
I like playing a a rather wide range of characters, current personal favorite is frail medical doctor with dissociative identity disorder (they get sincerely confused and upset after they gib targets)

What made you join Funky Station?:
Heard good reviews of it from those whose opinion I respect, spent a lot of time in servers with raiders recently and would enjoy the stability of a whitelist.

Hello! I'm a Mentor assisting Funky Station with whitelists. Can you provide us with more information regarding the backstory or personality of any specific character you have roleplayed as in the past? A little more detail would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Currently I play Anri Armstrong, a thirty one year old doctor that has worked for Nanotrasen as long as they can remember. They were once an unidentified corpse found in space debris, genetically modified by former captain and geneticist Solomon Armstrong. They have no memory of their life before Nanotrasen. They are nearly solely focused on the revival and well-being of crew, driven by some vaguely noticeable survivor's guilt. Anri is borderline snobbish about cleanliness, order, and expertise in medbay, all serving towards the purpose of crew being kept from death and harm.

Anri is a syndicate sleeper agent. More typically under interdyne's employ, they are likely to try to carry out their tasks as stealthily as possible. They don't have an extensive knowledge of the syndicate or corporate politics. Due to their strict adherence to their hippocratic oath, and their tendency to form bonds with colleagues and other crew, they suffer extreme internal emotional turmoil up to and including dissociation and selective memory loss.
The "Anri" that Nanotrasen knows and the "Anri" that the syndicate has control of are two different people, and this dissonance is driving Doctor Armstrong insane.

Crew-aligned shifts would just be typical medbay gameplay loop, trying to play along with what goes down, maybe running around and seeing what service and other departments are doing.

The syndicate characterization isn't there to justify a "look at me, contraband contraband" gameplay loop it's there to justify rolling syndicate on a Good aligned medical character at all. It also wouldn't be used for "my character has syndicate knowledge while crew-aligned and not sec/command". It only shines when noticed, and would only be noticeable under very specific round circumstances/through observation.
