Chronically tired women forced to do jobs they're not qualified for but simply have to do. The kinda women who's blood is just coffee and cheap energy drinks, trying to repair and operate complex machinery with a text book in one hand a cigarette in the other. Slightly concerning health but no one cares enough to correct or comfront them.
