Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing:
Syum Eli. Syum is a very distant person with a flat affect. Outwardly, they may seem apathetic, with a formal way of speaking, and never appear to have many strong opinions outside of the sentiments other people share. They care very little for personal interaction and making "friends"- but they enjoy prodding at other people's pasts in order to figure out how to go about using them for their own gain in the future. Thankfully, they care little for command roles or being in a position of authority; they just don't want to be the individual no one can trust when something inevitably "happens". Doesn't mean they're DISinterested in others, because people with varied pasts ARE interesting to them, but they seldom connect with other people truly.

What made you join Funky Station?:
The roleplay-focused aspect of FunkyStation was pleasant-sounding. I enjoy SS14's way of roleplaying in live settings, but sometimes I found myself thinking that I wished there were more roleplay-centric servers. I played in Wizden and Starlight for a bit, and those were lovely, but I also saw some videos on the roleplay in Funky Station and found myself thinking I'd found the place I wanted to be at.
