Reason for Ban:repeated behaviour of causing for no ic reason

What lead up to the ban: I started the shift as a lawyer and assaulted the other lawyer with little IC escalation and reason. After this i was warned by gostir to do better (the fact that i chose to ignore what the admin said haunts me to this day , what i did was beyond stupid). After I was warned to do better, i proceeded to do some lrp stuff like spill the janitor's bucket and continue following the other lawyer.

Why you should be unbanned: I want to start by saying that i deeply regret my actions on funky and im sorry for the impression ive made,and i have apologised to the head admin Sal,and i thank them for replying to my apology because to be honest they had no reason to after what i did. Also i want to apologise again to gostir because i didnt listen to the warning ,she coudlve just ban me, but she chose to give me a warning, a warning which i did not respect and im deeply sorry. After i was banned i started asking myself why do i behave like this only while playing games because im the nicest and kindest person irl and since i was banned i tried my best to do better and im doing better, im not a bad person the only things i have been banned for was me doing lrp stuff, i never insulted someone OOC i never called someone names, i never said slurs or do stuf that bad people do, my only mistake was that i just didnt care and didnt try to do better in an MRP way. I think maybe some of you will wonder: why does this person want to play on funky so bad,is she banned on other servers? im not banned on any other ss14 server , i just refuse to play on other servers anymore because after i started to get more into MRP and respect the rules i wanted something more ,something that funky has,i love the way that people rp on funky,i love the way cc roles are on funky ,i started watching acorns video and i love everything that i see there. I really did change because i started to ask questions on why is my behavior only on games,i worked hard to change my behavior and i really want a final chance,im really sorry again and i understand if this appeal will be denied no worries but at least i tried. With a vote of 0/6/1 accept/deny/other, with other being accept under the condition that this is your final warning, your appeal has been denied.

We take response to admin instruction seriously. If a player is told by an admin not to do something, and they do it anyway, that shows to us they are unreceptive to admin feedback, and doesn't fill us with faith that they will stay within the rules of funky. That is part of why knowingly breaking the rules is a permanent ban under our banning policy. From your appeal, we see that you understand this, and we are glad to hear that you're willing to listen to admin feedback in the future.

However, we as admins are not quite ready to welcome you back to funky. This is your second very serious ban in a very short playtime. While we believe you will listen to us in the future, we do need to see you address the underlying behaviour, which in both cases is over-escalation by beginning serious conflict for no apparent In Character reason.

We welcome you to appeal in one months time, and ask that you address this behaviour, and show us why you can contribute to the experience of Funky.
