Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
Violet Moore hails from the Sol system, specifically a high-corporate enclave on the planet known as Tera. After a completely uninteresting upbringing, she came to work at the headquarters of the Sol-Centauri Robotics Megacorporation. Though she genuinely enjoyed all her interactions with the experimental R&D cyborgs on Tera, she was also stiffled by the uptight corporate protocols that are customary to such workplaces. Therefore, she left Tera in hopes for actually doing what she enjoys, robotics, without all the hassles of corporate life. This is what brought Violet to Nanotrasen's Deep Space R&D department.

Feeling home in the chaotic, and often dysfunctional halls of Nanotrasen's stations, she quickly found a new home in the science department, practicing her expertise in robotics. She's generally seen as one of the biggest wastrels of her department; overproducing chassises, MMIs, and positronic brains, not to mention the HMPTR mechs (which she makes even when hamsters are nowhere to be seen--or worse, served in the canteen). She's good at what she does, but also completely tactless about the world around her. She's also been reprimanded for protecting malfunctioning-suspected cyborgs from overzealous security officers. She's really there for the cyborgs, not the people. In Violet's NT personnel casefile, one line is highlighted in the addendum: "Watch out for her in case of a synthetic rebellion".

What made you join Funky Station?:
I've been playing Wizden before. I'm interesting in Goob, but worried it might be too chaotic to play on the longer term, so this draws me to Funky pretty naturally.
