Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): The main character I play is Joe Guy, who is an introverted engineer who enjoys holing up in engineering and working on an engine or gas production in atmospherics. Sometimes he will get so hyperfixated on a project that he will completely ignore everything else happening on the station and even forget to drink and eat. He's always keen to learn more about atmospherics and the various station engines.

What made you join Funky Station?: Funky has the deepest and most similar to SS13 engineering/atmospherics mechanics.

Before you move forward, I would like to note that it might not be a great idea to hole yourself up in the atmospherics bay all shift. Part of the reason Funky Station removed the role of the Atmospheric Technician is to promote more interactivity within the engineering department and try to cull some of that introverted behavior we used to see from Atmospheric Technicians. Have fun with the atmospheric mechanics, but try to interact with others in the process.
