Subject: Ivy Oliana
Pros: Ivy is a hard worker, and complains very little, even when doing dangerous work. She's got a gruff, but agreeable demeanor. In times of crisis, she is ready, willing, and able to buckle down and work hard to save lives. Aside from that, she is also very good at cultivating a sense of comradery. She is talented at working with others and team coordination, and all of it is genuine blue collar kindness from her.
Cons: The obvious first thing is her scent. She smells like gasoline and burnt rubber. All attempts to expunge this smell from her have failed, and it even manages to stick through her smoking habit. In addition, she has a deep distrust of NanoTrasen, it's representatives, and a dislike of anyone working the security department. Heads of Security, NT Reps, and Captains are all known to catch her ire over the smallest perceived misstep.
Comments: Ivy's scent and disrespect of higher authorities notwithstanding, she is very much a keeper. Unfortunately for those who catch her wrath, being snarky is not something we can fire such a good teamster over. Sorry cap, but this one is a keeper. All of us agree except you and the NTR, and that's a four to two scenario.
