aight. I usually don't play characters, most of my enjoyment comes from mechanical interactions, gimmicks and conversations but here's one example:

Aaron Buck, victim of local war, was forced to lead nomadic life with his family until he matured. For education he uses company-sponsored education to graduate in (enter department) school.

For personality:
Still remembering horrors of war he decided to never harm anyone in any form.
Nomadic life made him value friends like family.
Since Nanotrasen gave him chance to educate and work he's very loyal to the company.
Short personality description:
Pacifistic, friendly, responsible.

Not sure if that's enough.
Maybe bit short but I'll leave it like that for now
