Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Blake Blackwing was once a detective in the Jade Coast PD, a city not unlike modern day New York or San Francisco with even more corruption and dark corporatism oozing out of every dark alley and towering office building. In a sting gone wrong, he watched his partner get gunned down by a notorious crime boss named Chops. This sent Blake on an obsessive chase lasting several years. He chased Chops during the day, and the eve, then chased the bottom of the bottles come nightfall. It cost him his wife, kids, and eventually job when he chased a lead on Chops's organization to Blackwater, a little down in the middle of nowhere where the rest of his story really began.
What made you join Funky Station?: Reading up on various other servers, Funky continually came up when the question of where the best place for new players to play and learn Space Station is was asked. I dabbled a bit in SS13 years ago, but it has been so long I might as well be a newbie, and am interested in learning the game on Funky!
