Someone that values life before everything, rather naive and somewhat dumb, hence why he usually follow any orders given from upper personnel with the best of his abilities. Still would place the life of others before himself. From past experience he was a mediator, even with his set of rules if the person who given his orders is uncertain or wavering he will firstly try to force any resolve back to them by any means before listenting to the order
