The last paragraph of rule seven states:
"Consistent abuse of the authority Security and/or Command has will result in a role ban or regular ban.
Is this true? Funkys narrative is exactly that, why "officially" punish it?
Reminds me of this:
Rules are being reworked for Forky, but even now, our banning policy further defines this as "OOC abuse", so not things that are IC actions, or failure for sec and command to follow space law, but with the additional note that this is meant for extreme cases only.
So, think of it this way, command and security can suck, but they shouldn't suck so egregiously that it becomes a PR nightmare for NT. Try to be a bit slick about it, roleplay it out with valid escalation, and be ready to potentially explain your reasoning, and you are probably in the clear. 
Thanks for the clarification, I think that the wording causes people to hold back quite a lot!
