Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Kayla Scorchsilk is a 28 year old mothperson with significant burns on the right side of her body and wings. She was primarily an atmospherics technician until one shift when she had to vent a room filled with flammable gas. A fire anomaly suddenly appeared and ignited the gas, severely burning the right side of her body. Because of this she now has pyrophabia, always carries a pocket fire extinguisher, avoids jobs and places where fire is a potential hazard, and isn’t very fond of the science department.

What made you join Funky Station?: I've seen several people talk about Funky Station being good for newer players. Additionally, I'm looking for MRP servers to play on that aren't far off of base SS14. I want to play on an MRP server because I find the role play aspects of SS14 just as fun as the mechanical aspects but I'm not a huge fan of power gaming that sometimes shows up in LRP sevrers.
