Description: Sil Lythrum is a shorter female moth with white scales. Her wings seem delicate however due to a birth defect are completely unusable. Light brown eyes, nearsighted. Long fluffy antenna which seem to be more sensitive to airflow and temperature then average. Large scar on her upper right torso caused by an accident during the interview process. 38933 does not appear to remember the accident. A heavier frame despite her shorter height. 38933 has been observed to be quite friendly, tries to be positive and kind. It has been observed that she will follow higher authority even despite her own personal morals, she will verbally protest if she disagrees with something however will still perform the action requested. It has been noted that she is extremely manipulable, and can easily be pressured by those of higher rank to do things, especially when emotionally distressed.
38933 exhibits traits of an intense anxiety disorder however it does not appear to negatively effect her performance. However she has been noted to avoid performing surgery which is most likely linked to said anxiety.

Interviewer: Hello Sil, we wanted to ask you a few details in regards to your employment history and family history.
Sil: Y-yes sir, w-what would you like to know? Interviewer: Please, there's no need to call me that, this is meant to be a more casual interview.
Sil: O-oh, sorry sir. What would you rather me c-call you, s-sir?
Interviewer sighs, a long pause before continuing
Interviewer: … Never mind, what made you want this position, not the job itself, but working for NanoTrasen?
Sil: W-well, I-I was made aware of the prospects, and the idea of helping such vital parts of the company was really a-ap-pealing. I love doing m-medical s-stuff, and this seemed like the next best thing, sir.
Interviewer: Wonderful, now it says here your sister is Lampona Lythrum, what is your relation?
Sil: T-to be honest, I barely have known her… I-I've really looked u-up to her since she turned her life around, b-but… that's really it, by the time I was old enough to r-remember much, she was already out of the house. S-sorry if that doesn't really p-provide much insight…

Closing statement: A malfunction in engineering cut the interview short, injuring both the interviewer and interviewee, the important questions were answered however additional interviews may be required. Employment may begin starting next week.
Addendum 38933-1: Dr. █████████ has determined that additional interviews are not necessary given her performance and evaluations. Dr. █████████ as their personal policy had drawn a sketch of 38933 as well for book keeping.

Addendum 38933-2: It has been observed she has a tendency to eat spare medical clothing while on duty, most likely out of stress. It has been noted it's specifically the jump skirts and other more feminine uniforms. When pressed about it, 38933 admitted to it being a way to try to comfort herself. Will continue to observe before any actions are taken.
Addendum 38933-3: Psicodine has been prescribed and administered to 38933 in order to combat her sensitivity to the mind shield implant, stress eating behavior and anxiety has lowered as a result.
