Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Greg Dirk - Dwarf - (I like keeping things fresh but am often drawn to cargo/sci) "luv mi booze, luv mi crew, ah bloody 'ate leavin a man behind, simple as". Greg is typically a jolly little fellow, often found boozin and shmoozin when work is slow. Accustomed to mining in tough conditions, he understands the value of levity amidst the dark void. As a younger lad Greg yearned for a place amongst a crew of peoples from across the galaxy, and to hear the many songs the universe sang through them. Now in his older age his love for new faces and experiences hasn't waned. However, he no longer denies to himself the weight he carries.
What made you join Funky Station?: I heard about the server on youtube and noticed it on the server list the other day. I have nearly 900 hours in SS14, but hadn't played for a while until more recently. Some servers can be hit-or-miss, so the prospect of joining a whitelisted server with a good reputation is quite appealing. I have a deep love for this game and have had so many amazing experiences that have stuck with me through the years. I'm very interested to see how things are on Funky Station.
