Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): DnD you say? I have a few characters I could talk about. There's Thrupp the goblin, a small ball of anger that is supposed to be a goblin of the people. There was Q, a warforged. They couldn't speak. Didn't really get a chance to play with them more than once. Doktor Corbell the Medicus. First time trying a homebrew class. They were a fun character for as little as I got to use them. A lot of there background was inspired by Jekyll and Hyde. Driven insane by a plague. Creel Stout the artificer, halfling size, full alcoholic. More dependable than that makes him sound. A few others as well, but most don't have much depth on account of me spending most of my time DMing other games.
What made you join Funky Station?: Well, I've put quite a bit of time into wizden and wanted something more fresh. I tried RMC, and while Thats fun in it's own right, it's not regular space station. I've seen Funky mentioned in a few place alongside servers like starlight and Harmony. Figured I could start with Funky since it seemed to have a good balance between quality and variety. I know it would be easier to just play on Goob but like, come on. It's Goob. My hopes is that this has the good parts of Goob while having a n environment closer to wizden's Salamander server. Also, I'm just trying to see what else is out there in case Sala dies after wizden explodes for the third time this year. Hope this isn't too long.
