Metashield and allowed knowledge questions

Hi, I got a few questions:
-Since vestine and what it makes are metashielded, does this also affect chemists and doctors? And are botanists allowed to know how useful omnizine is or that it is special at all?
-During a zombie outbreak, are doctors allowed to know how to treat it without being told how or do they need the CMO to explain it every time?
-If someone is killed, brought back as a ghoul, killed again and MMI'd/otherwise brought back by "normal" means, what are the rules on them remembering their time as a ghoul? Is it a case of they were technically dead and dont remember or can they if they want to like if they were mind controlled? And are they now crew aligned again or still in the ghoul mindset?
