Reason for Ban: ERP (use of words on the erp list "Pervert")
What lead up to the ban: A security officer was spying on me and another syndicate agent in the dorms through a wall and door to listen on our conversation (I am a rat person so my voice is loud)
so I called them out on it in the general ; chat and used the word "pervert" three times in total
This was done to get the Conversation in controle and avoid a search.
(I had contraband in form from sedatives and a medical injector on me)
when I was ahelped for the ban I was already with my mind somewhere else as I had mindcontroled a janitor to blow themselves up and was under search of security. (a critter ratted me and the janitor out).
On reflection:
I will call that behavior (standing by the dorms to listen in to convos) out again, yet use diffrent words. such as "peeping tom" or "spying on personal Conversations"
Why you should be unbanned:
I was advised by said admin to make an appeal
and this is my first time breaking said rule.
ENDING STATEMENT:
I do understand the reasoning for the ban as rules need to be enforced to be meaningfull and I will watch my words more carfully in the future should the admins be so gracefull as to let this one slide. and let me get unbanned.
