Wizard federation and the metashield

Hey so is the existence of wizards metashielded? Like as far as I know, in lore the wizard federation is a sovereign government like NT is sorta and how the syndicate is a known group in lore. Wizard also has no CTM entry so I think this is something that needs to be made clear
