pretty please with a cherry on top. your forms are so pretty and i want to use them to issue execution and arrest memos to the station from CC. how can i be respected as a CCO if my forms aren't as haughty as i am?

I'll see if I can write something up, an arrest memo or the likes is definitely a good one. I've been meaning to make a class 3

  Handed to people who are in violation

• Notice To Cease (CCV)
  When you want someone to Knock It Off

• Complaint Dispoition Notice (CCV)
  Works alongside the intake form

• Complaint Intake Form (CCV)
  Self-explanatory, make sure to shred afterwards /j

• Incident Receipt Form (CCV)
  Documentation for incidents

• Lessons Learned Statement (CCV)
  Handed to people who have Fucked Up but you don't want to issue a punitive measure

• Observation Log (CCV)
  For documenting observations

• Incident Aftermath Report (CCV)
  Self explanatory.

• Class 3 execution (Magi)
  Self explanatory, thanks to lionheart902 on Discord

• CCV Internal Review (CCV Fun)
  CCV investigates self, finds no wrongdoing.

• (Alt) Complaint Disposition Notice (CCV Fun)
  Version of the Disposition Notice to be flippant and disregard concerns

Took awhile but theres now Arrest/Execution warrants along with CentComm Approval/Denial forms under the CCO Forms folder.
