Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Silly background characters, I like observing and haven't played much of ss13 or ss14. In TTRPGs I enjoy playing nature or technology focused characters (such as druids and artificers). People who have a hard time understanding people but enjoy seeing what makes the world tick.
What made you join Funky Station?: Seeing Surichichimo on tiktok, as well as ItsMaitake on youtube.

Hello, would you mind further elaborating on characters you like to play? How they'd interact, and a description in 2-3 sentences would be suitable.

I have been thinking about characters to play, for example:

The burgeoning botanist Erik Banner, a new arrival from planetside, escaping from familial obligations of taking over the family business and city living.
He is a bright mind and loves his work, although his social skills may be lacking a bit, he wants to care for the crops and perhaps even grow a new superfood.
Not being used to station life, and his clumsiness in conversation adds some friction to his relation to the rest of the crew and they may find him somewhat direct, maybe even a bit abrasive.
