Before putting on a badge, Rex spent a few years working as an Emergency Medical Technician. Long nights, bad calls, and seeing people at their absolute worst—it stuck with him. He got good at staying calm when things got chaotic, and even better at reading people when they were scared or hurt.
He switched to law enforcement after one too many calls where he felt like he was only showing up after things had already gone wrong. Now, in Funky Town, he’s trying to get ahead of the damage—but it’s not always that simple.
