Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Usually I enjoy playing characters that are grounded/simple in concept but are deep in personality where they have complexities to the way they consider or think about the world which might not be immediately apparent at first glance. One character I played was Jones, who was a sarcastic, punk, hacker-type but beneath the rather straightforward sardonic exterior they're a person with deep moral convictions that can't help but care about the suffering of others, twists themself in knots to avoid thinking about the violence they do too hard, and had sincere spiritual belief.
What made you join Funky Station?: The recommendation of multiple good friends! I have heard good things about Space Station 14 and wanted to try it out. They've told me Funky is a good server to play on so I thought I would try and join up.
