EORG / antagonistic actions [and unrelated changeling question|game coding]

I got warned for emmaging vends at CC, specifically want to ask if that counted as Grief, specifically - "Destruction, deconstruction, or gross defacing of any CentComm assets.".
Or if that counted as Antagonistic action.

I was in fact an antag, Theif.

I was told, by other players, that I can't use changelings moves on Evac and CentComm. Does that counts as Antagonistic action? or the exact opposite of it, the "keeping a low profile" violation.

I shapeshifted ^{(IT DID NOTHING ABOUT MY OBJECTIVE!!! also the end-round summary screen did not appear yet)}, IC, to reveal to someone that I'm not who they thought I was, which resulted in a lot of LOOC messages from those who witnessed it. I did so because i was pretty damn sure I was exposed 3 or 6 times, so i thought i did not need to keep a low profile anymore, and the CE seemed to skip the corporate secrets section and... played along... yeah, lowpop servers.

Something i was about to do: Summon Dagger in CC, would that count as antagonistic action? Or would that get me warned for some different reason? ^{all without harming others, doing it IC, not ruining the immersion of others, I'm running out of excuses to do magic.}

Unrelated:
Can a changeling consume the same person twice? after they made a full recovery.
OR can a different changeling consume a crew that was fully recovered from genetic damage, from previous attack.

Imma be so fr reading this hurt my head so I'm keeping it brief:

ANY and ALL antagonistic action ceases at CC and I'm pretty sure it's clear about any sort of disruption or antagonistic behavior ceases at CC. That includes changeling abilities, emagging and using your antag tools. You cease. It's over. Otherwise, it's EORG. Even punching people/biting people is EORG.

I know close to nothing on changelings, and I'm not sure they're gonna stay anyways so I cannot answer those.
