Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
In Dnd I tend to play quite deceptive characters as I like to bullshit a lot and i like how much freedom it gives me (10+ years experience as dm/player)
I'm kind of newer to ss14, i did play some ss13 but the BYOND launcher was too much for me. Been playing mostly engi so far and playing a "if it's not electric, structural or atmospheric issue it's not my problem" kind of guy, Watching the HoP get shanked while lighting a cigarette wand walking away, it's above my pay grade, people will be on it.
Basically i tend to stay in the lane my character was made for. I'm not going to do medical stuff or science stuff on my engi, or vice versa.
That being said I generally like to play along with rp even if i know it'll end badly for my character as long as it's funny or creates a good moment.

What made you join Funky Station?: Heard a couple good things, just looking to check it out.
