Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): One type of character that I like is a inexperienced medical intern who genuinely wants to be a good doctor but lacks the experience and confidence needed to become one. He would likely over-explain simple procedures, repeatedly check his results with senior staff, and would panic if left to deal with patients on his own. As medical was always my favorite department when I played in the past (like 10 years ago lol), I enjoy any type of character that can help me relearn the system while still allowing me to roleplay with the rest of the team.
Another character that I could play is a disgruntled station janitor who feels like he has been underestimated and placed into a less-than-desirable role on the station. He would be constantly complaining about having to clean up the station, would talk back to command, and would constantly be reminding everyone of the kind of "real work" that he was supposed to do. However, he would still be proud of the cleanliness of the station and would assist the crew when required.
