Disposal unit + trunk wall skip

Placing a trunk and then a disposal unit, and then jumping in and flushing, can sometimes let you skip walls. Note I don't mean actually riding pipes into rooms, I mean simply disposal cannoning yourself through a wall.
Is this bug abuse?
