TLDR
The Station is receiving Syndi Defectors promising Secrets should their survival and wellbeing be looked after. The syndicate itself plans on stopping them.
The Details
Theres half a dozen to a dozen Defectors/Refugees coming to the station, Their goal is to survive until CC. Thinking several "Waves" with 2-3 Ships of Refugees in total at different times.
Syndicate Sleeper agents and traitors will have the primary Goal of preventing the Defectors from reaching CC. Possibly a Nukie team sent aswell with the same primary goal in mind.
The Agents could be informed ahead of time of the names of each Defector, Names which aren't on the crew manifest yet. Could alternatively Inform them as the Refugees arrive.
Optional bits
Have CC Inform the station that the Defectors are required to keep Syndicate IDs and Icons on at all times for easy identification.
Do it on a smaller station to strain the Crew with Overpopulation.
Send a lone Syndicate agent posing as a Refugee sent to prevent Defectors from reaching CC (could make them a Loneop)
