Blood Cult

Added the Blood Cult, a round-start conversion team antagonist that must sacrifice designated targets in order to grow their cult to break the veil and bring about Nar'Sie, the Geometer.
Blood Cultists have access to various Blood Spells, powerful runes, structures, and constructs... the crew, under the lead of the Chaplain, will have to work together in order to de-convert cultists and stop the ruination of the universe.

/tg/ Gases Added (Atmos !!)

The remaining /tg/ gases, and their associated reactions, have been added to the game. The gases are as follows:
Hyper-Noblium | An extremely inert gas that can stop other gases from reacting when in quantities of over 5 moles and over 20 Kelvin. Has one of the highest heat capacities in the game, working as an ideal coolant.
- Created exothermically with Nitrogen + Tritium when below 24 K.
- BZ lowers the temperature of the reaction.
Proto-Nitrate | A highly reactive, non-toxic gas that reacts with many other gases.
- Reacts with BZ to produce Nitrogen, Helium, Plasma @ 260-280 K.
- Reacts with Tritium to produce Hydrogen @ 150-340 K.
- Reacts endothermically with Hydrogen to form more Proto-Nitrate.
Zauker | An incredibly deadly poisonous gas, that is harmful to inhale. It dissipates quickly when mixed with nitrogen.
- Made by mixing Hyper-Noblium and Nitrium in an endothermic reaction between 50,000-75,000 K, with Nitrium being consumed 50x more than Hyper-Noblium.
Halon | A gas that acts as a fire suppressant by removing oxygen in the air, if above 373 K, while producing CO2.
- Created in a slightly exothermic reaction between Carbon Dioxide and Nitrous Oxide in turfs with an active electrolyzer on them, below 230K, and at low pressure. 2 moles of Carbon Dioxide used per mole of Nitrous Oxide.
Helium | An invisible, inert gas. Currently does nothing, and can be sold to Cargo.
Anti-Noblium | A rare gas that is not used for many practical purposes, just looks pretty! Can be sold through cargo for a large sum of money.
Cybersun Stealth Hardsuit, Stealth Changes

Ported the Cybersun Stealth Hardsuit, a Syndicate Hardsuit with stealth abilities that is purchaseable in the Syndicate Uplink for 75 TC. It grants the wearer invisibility, similar to the Ninja's invisibility, though it is slower and less armored than other options.
Additionally, all stealth items now give full invisibility when stationary.
Cyborgs, Lawboards, and You

Cyborgs can now have their laws manually changed by lawboards. To change a Cyborg's laws, their panel must be unlocked and opened, and then they must be interacted with using any lawboard. Laws will be changed upon completion of a 25 second do-after.
Proper law-sync and custom law changes will come in the future.
Bounty changes

- The bounty skip timer has been reduced to 3 minutes, from 15 minutes.
- Each bounty category can only have one bounty up at a time to reduce overlap.
- The amount of laser guns required for bounties has been reduced by 2.
- Bounty rewards for books, dice, board games, and laser guns have been increased.
- Basic medical topicals can no longer be generated as bounty items.

- Changeling Head Slugs can now pilot the Vim.
- Changeling Head Slugs no longer attempt to open doors they pass under.
