The employee was recovered by a Salvage team from [REDACTED] Station on [REDACTED] from a low-grade space shuttle. The employee was 18 at the time of recovery. Upon arrival at Central Command, the employee was interrogated about the situation. The employee was mostly cooperative and explained that they were raised in a blood cult community on an unknown planet. The employee agreed to accept a contract with NanoTrasen to work on the station and provide information against the blood cult in return for living accommodations.
EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE REVIVED BY ANY MEANS. MUST USE CLONING.
Mother was recorded to be a deceased felinid named Esme Vilomaxus-Rose.
Father was recorded to be a living leader of a blood cult named Michael Vilomaxus.

INCIDENT REPORT: #011 [Salvation Everly Vilomaxus "Salvation Rose"]
Employee was caught having murdered NanoTrasen Representative Taryn Hussain in the NTR room by employee [REDACTED] and employee Erisia Eneka on [REDACTED] Station. Witnesses claim the employee said they did this to "save their father from more [REDACTED]". Father in this statement does not include biological father, but instead employee Edward Murphy, who had connections to Taryn Hussain.
Method: Lethal injection of Razorum and Chloral Hydrate via a stolen Hypospray from CMO Eleanor Twiling.
Charges: 1st Degree Murder, Possession of Contraband, Theft
Notes: Plead guilty on all accounts. Claimed they worked alone and stole any resources used or found on the person upon arrest.
Sentence: [REDACTED] has been cut short due to the promise of silence on the situation regarding Taryn Hussain, returning to "Probation" period as Salvager to retain use.
Notes:
- Use employees Sydney Knapp, Eleanor Twiling, and Edward Murphy as leverage to gain control of Sal Rose once more.
- Employee has been removed from all Psychologist duties and put on Salvage until further notice.
- SAL-002 has been recalled for intense interrogation to ensure the program is not faulty. Highly unlikely, but not worth taking a chance.
Update: As of [REDACTED], return the employee from the GGL sector to the FNKY sector in hopes of better control. Allow them to return to Psychology on sector and monitor HEAVILY.

Assessment Summary:
The patient was ordered by Central Command to participate in an evaluation after admitting to murdering NanoTrasen Representative Taryn Hussain. Patient presented with dissociative tendencies: staring into space, blank expression, jolting back to ask what the question was. When not presenting with dissociation, if present long enough would begin to cry and apologize profusely both to the Psychologist and to their "dad".
During the evaluation, the patient was asked a variety of questions, including elaborating on the situation with Taryn Hussain, Edward Murphy, whom they continued to call their father despite not being blood related, and the runes in blood they were caught drawing.
The patient expressed no guilt over what they did to Taryn Hussain. Claiming that if they had not done what they did, Taryn would have hurt their father (employee Edward Murphy). Despite having shown premeditation for their actions, it seems the conversation that Taryn and the patient had confirmed that they felt they needed to do. While they do not regret their actions towards the NTR, they mentioned regretting making "their dad upset" and having "taken another life after so long". When asked to elaborate, all the patient said was "when they grew up in the blood cult".
In regard to employee Edward Murphy and their insistence on calling him "dad" despite no blood relations or formal adoption, this is most likely an informal parental relationship. Patient continued to mention throughout sthe ession that their "dad would be so mad" when he found out about the situation. It is unlikely that Mr. Murphy had any involvement with how sure the patient felt about Mr. Murphy's disapproval of the situation, despite having not spoken to him since the incident.
When asked about the blood symbols in their jail cell, the patient expressed confusion about why they did it. As they "promised their dad they would not attempt to access their old magic from their time growing up in the blood cult". It is already known that the patient escaped from a blood cult community they were born in, and has yet to ever access such abilities as far as records indicate. It was most likely a subconscious habit returned due to the stress of the situation.
The patient expressed they would not hurt someone else again, or themselves, and that it was a necessary harm at the time due to circumstances. The patient then refused to speak further, ending the evaluation.

Major Concerns:
Patient presents with high amounts of dissociation, which is typical given the situation, but concerning nonetheless, as they cannot function for long outside of this state.
I am not convinced they are experiencing Psychosis and instead have a great deal of emotional affection for their "father" Edward Murphy. Given they have a poor history with their biological father, I am not surprised they would latch onto any fatherly figure that would present itself. In the past, Salvation has admitted to feeling a great sense of need to "save" everyone. Which is why they told me they took on Psychology long ago.
The patient should be medicated immediately. Prescribing a high dose of Psicodine (30u) to return the patient to a baseline until further notice.
It is recommended that they be seen on a weekly basis until further notice.

Notes: Given Dr. Salvation Rose went from one of our brightest and promising Psychologists to... whatever this is. I am not interested in learning what they learned. Your best bet is to keep this under wraps for all our sakes. They are still of use. Best find a way to use them that is not Psychology.
