Title. I've been unable to join the Scarlet server just now, after playing two rounds today.
The error message when I try to login says that i've not been whitelisted. Is this a glitch?

to be clear, the vote passed to accept your appeal, meaning you are not banned anymore 
however, what was not mentioned was that you are currently dewhitelisted, and will need to make a new whitelist application using the appropriate template

Solution to your problem: Only ready up after the next map is revealed. If it is Core, don't ready up. :godo: This is what I do when I play--I wait till the map is revealed, then ready up. you get permission to upload images once you're no longer part of the newly registered users group i blieve, which requires you to have made 10 approved posts
there will be a button below the message box labeled attachments where you can upload files
