Can a changelings blood used as evidence of someone being a ling?

So, a changelings blood is always a slightly transparent red, no matter the species, different from every single other blood type in the game. I've been wondering, especially with the removal of blood tests, is visually identifying someones blood like that a valid way to identify if someone is a changeling? (if you're a command member/have been briefed obviously.)

Changelings no longer are an antag on funky, so no more rulings on them need to exist for now.
