If you were to theoretically pack a riot shield every shift as a seccie, is it powergaming or? Kiiinda been wondering this, since shields aren't exactly standard issue, but it's from the secvend.

Unless there's a riot you dont really need one. Its your 1000th greenshift, grabbing one roundstart would be powergaming

However they are in the secvend this is a massive issue between gameplay and admin ruling

This ruling should be considered overruled. The rule of thumb regarding equipment: if it's in your locker or vendor, then it's fine to take it at the start of the round.
