QM cashing out at the end of shift

Hello funkmind,

Is it allowed for the QM to withdraw out the funds at the end of the shift before evac?
I'm asking because I've seen it done by some QMs and I've seen it explicitely forbidden by some others (including QM saying not to being any grand lottery crate to evac).

And can we bring the paperwork to evac?

I would say this is an in-character issue. The QM kind of has control of what they want to do with the money. Whether they want to gamba or not, bring it to CC, etc. Admins should have little to no input on how that's used unless it's being used in a direct rulebreak such as metafriending or mass command incompetence.
