Hi all, just plugging my form repo here. This is a work in progress.

I am of the opinion that good paperwork = good roleplay. Paperwork should look aesthetically pleasing as well as official looking. I've tried to keep paperwork that's intended to be filled out by a standard crewmember as short as possible. Inter-departmental stuff can be lengthier. As an example, an NTRs/IAAs "command compliance review" will take more time to fill out than a witness deposition from security.

Inside, you can find a variety of forms for different departments - cargo, security, legal, CENTCOMM, sci, etc. Some are humorous. Some aren't.

I do happily take form suggestions. Let me know what you do/don't like. All of my forms are free to modify and distribute at your convenience.

Hi all, FINALLY finished my medical forms.

"Introduces a complete, standardized set of Nanotrasen Medical Department forms for Space Station 14 roleplay, covering medical, psychology, chemistry, cloning, and internal review processes. Now featuring paperwork for every stage of patient care, from intake, to discharge, to cloning, to asking why you aren’t allowed to see your own corpse.”

These forms provide ways to add a paper trail to answer questions such as:

• How does someone get treatment?

• Who can get drugs and who controls them?

• What does medical tell security?

• What happens when someone dies and comes back?

• How does psych escalate concerns without bypassing authority?

I tried to keep things intentionally scoped without drifting into edge-case obsession. Hope you enjoy. Thanks for reading.

Hello my fellow paperwork fiends, I am once again here to offer you more bureaucracy to your funny space game.

This push to the repo adds Engineering forms.

"Introduces a complete, standardized set of Nanotrasen Engineering Division forms, covering damage assessment, incident review, construction approval, and operational failure. Designed to document everything from routine work orders to formal declarations that a department is no longer functional, this collection gives Engineering clear authority to assess risk, condemn unsafe areas, deny unsafe modifications, and justify when repairs are no longer feasible."

These forms are intentionally short and limited in number. My philosophy is that engineering is a hands‑on department where decisions are made under time pressure, not behind a desk. Most work is handled verbally or in the field, with paperwork reserved for moments where damage, safety, or operational capability needs to be formally documented. Compared to departments like Medical or Personnel, Engineering has less paperwork because when Engineering writes something down, it’s meant to reflect a serious condition, a lost asset, or a decision that materially affects the station.
