Prefacing this by precising that by "silly", I don't mean OOC memes or such, just IC silliness
But would it be OOC for an NTR for example, to fax random thoughts they have IC to centcomm? For example stuff "Dear Central, today I saw the clown was in space without a space suit, that's quite silly", or useless questions like "Dear Central, my coat is awfully itchy today, was there any issues in the dry cleaning?"
I've been thinking about sending more flavor faxes to CC as NTR myself to fight off boredom, so I wanted to know if this was okay (and will absolutely accept all IC consequences if there is any
