Chaplin Rowan is a man of the cloth in more ways than one. As a young moth he always looked forward to visits to the chapel, loving the long droning tones of those proselytizing. Over the many years that have passed since, he has trained himself to talk as monotone as possible to imitate his childhood comforts. Rowan has had to replace multiple robes, as he has a habit of chewing on the collars. He always finds time to talk if given the option!
