Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I tend to like playing characters with a bit more of an easygoing personality with a heavy focus on hospitality and a "How do you do neighbor" sort of vibe. One particular character I enjoy playing is a seemingly bumbling middle-aged chatterbox of a detective that rarely seems like he's taking the job seriously. When all eyes are on him he puts on the charm by being friendly, generally polite and unsuspecting, and ready to lend a hand for even the smallest favors because that's what coworkers do. Behind that smile, however, he's meticulously analyzing potential suspects and trying to analyze what makes them tick, to predict their next move and write up profiles while he meticulously scours every inch of the station he can access for potential evidence of criminal activity under the guise of simply strolling around and chatting people up.
What made you join Funky Station?: In all honesty it's as simple as not quite finding most of the other SS14 options I've tried so far to fit the vibe I'm looking for. I heard from a friend that this server might be a little bit more like what I was hoping to find.
