One main idea with two split offs dependent on what happens in the round, trying to give flexibility with the idea so it can be better utilized.
NanoTrasen has sponsored a wizard to show their magic with zero legal repercussions (Unbeknownst to crew, this is attempts to set a truce between NanoTrasen and the Wizard federation), so long as property destruction is minimal (non-critical infrastructure), and all participants are willing and informed of the potential risk at hand (such as being warned of carpification).
If the event cools down, you can add "Goes Wrong" where the Wizard Federation declares a Wizard Duel in local space. All killed players by the original wizard are offered a wizard role with only one specification, be the last wizard. The station goes from a learning ground to collateral as many wizards all duel at once, hopefully with a bit of understanding of just what they're capable of and silly plays. Every time a wizard is killed the Wizard Federation will announce how many wizards are left, till only one is left, where they will announce "[name] has won the duel! The Wizard Federation holds no expectation to reimburse NanoTrasen for present collateral during a Wizard Duel."
If the wizard is killed, an alternative "Goes Wrong" can occur, where the Wizard Federation declares the station "Collateral to the greatest display of magic," as a team of wizards are sent to reek havoc, (optionally have them have the nuke codes).
