Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Yerna Coldsmith, SS14, an eager medic from the Scarlet server. Yerna is an excited and eager medic who always dreampt of being a paramedic, after being employed and welcomed to the crew she worked hard to be a good doctor often leaving the medical rooms in calm times to search for staff that are in poor condition or worse or to insist people to turn on their coords. She is naive and tends to beat around the bush, however this can be a bit of a downside giving people false hope at the recovery of a fellow crewmate or their own injuries and can overpromise what is actually delivered to the patient.
Yerna is a happy and naive individual who thrives off of helping others willing to do just about any task as long as she is at least somewhat guided through if she has no experience. She enjoys being kind and taking care of others putting everyone else's needs before her own, although also tending to hyperfixate on treating people that she tends not to notice what goes on within the station more often than she should.
What made you join Funky Station?: I learned about Space Station 14 a few months back, after some convincing from some friends and research on the game I decided to try it out. I spent a few hours learning the ropes of the game on a seperate server, I'm decent but still learning so I'm sticking with inconsequential roles. I had heard about this server from others and I heard good things about this server, mainly from friends and I got interested in joining and hoping I can check it out and learn within the community.

After the open play for Scarlet, I can say that Space Station 14 is a wonderful pass time that I incredibly enjoy. I love the medical system of Funky and just the community overall. Although probably shouldn't say this here but if possible I think a neat addition to the medical wing would be adding seperate icons or colors onto the crew monitor system for medical staff and/or paramedics as to easier allow people to understand if someone in critical is already recieving aid.

Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): A character I loved to play is ifko, a tabaxi from a DND campaign. She's a mess of a character, typically acting on impluse or acting without thinking first despite being intelligent. She acts like a smartass and typically hostile or passive-aggressive to people around her, unless they get close enough to her. With her party or some civilians she will protect them if she can however with those close enough she will act like she couldn't care about them but will do anything to help them out. Deep down she doesn't want to be adventuring as she'd much rather spend her time making new inventions as an artificer, however she refuses to quit until she's finished trying to heal her past.
(However I will say she kinda strays from the characters I typically like to play since I usually like naive or cheerful characters, however I do like to change it up sometimes or adapt to other personality types so I don't just play the same guy over and over)
