Reason for Ban: indefinitely for repeated sexual content and harassment

What lead up to the ban:

The reason for a ban as te Ferynn said, in the ticket #2209 was calling Gostir "mom" and it's derivatives, and calling a random chatter "kitten" on one of the discord Main channel.
The Ghosit incident started while end of the round shenanigans:

It took me by surprise really, it's my standard reaction while being scolded. Later I asked during OOC Gostir QnA "Can we call Gostir mommy" which resulted in a 5m "slap to the wrist" ban:

The joke pipeline finished with "mother" being visible at one of my screenshots posted at the main discussion discord channel, short mute and the "mock ban appeal" which turned real unfortunately.

The discussion carried on later in it's own, chaotic way, without any bad signs.

Why you should be unbanned:
I don't really consider this in any way a sexual thing? It started out of the nowhere with the bored teenager voiced "okey mom...". I did enjoy the interaction with Gostir, and ocasional slap to the wrist bans and mutes, and I hope Gostir did to, there was no bad will in those from my side, more of rolling the joke situation, which over-escalated somehow.

The use of word kitten might be a cultural difference thing, it's how my concerned aunt would sound in a similar discussion. To be frank, it's not really a kitten, it's more of a way how you'd talk to your cat up personally, like "you can't sit here, my cat" but it doesn't sound good in English, thus kitten, but I guess I won't try speaking like that any more. Also I guess the "don't worry about it kitten" meme which got popular recently normalized it for me.

Both of those cases seem really ridiculous to me as being used as an example of sexual harassment. I know you can interpret it in this way, but in my eyes it is really a long stretch. There is no sign of that in the whole context, and I hope the relieving parties don't really view it this way. I don't really stay active on discord anyway, I know I can be socially weird, or eccentric, and I've been having my back in the shell time, so most of my funky activity is confined to the RP in the game server. I'm a regular funky player, I play with the strong MRP attitude and had no in-game issues so far, besides the short robo roleban for eating the brain (funny), and tho I've been around for 2 months I feel I somehow am beccoming a part of community, and it would be sad to break it, because of all of this.

Hello. As headmin of funky station, I am denying this on the following grounds:

You continued to double down and act even more inappropriately socially after you had already been warned for this. Twice. I called you out for this because it is what it is: not appropriate. You are talking about an actual, living, breathing person. Not some fictional character. It is not funny.

Two, "kitten", regardless of context you claim it is, again, is an inappropriate thing to call someone, especially someone who is 1) a minor, and 2) not a close friend who is in on the joke.

We are a server for 16+. We have a strict no sexual content policy. Both "mommy" and "kitten" are by definition sexualized and/or innapropriate connotations due to the internet and how they are used.

These are things you say and joke about with your close group of friends. Not people on funky. And the fact you made people uncomfortable and yet continue to just shove blame on "it's not illegal" and "it's just a joke" is not a good mindset.

Three, I do not feel this is genuine, and I don't think you have actually reflected on what you did wrong and are just doing this because you don't want to be removed from a place you've been playing consistently, rather than how you actually made people uncomfortable and broke our rules.

Eating someone's brain and RRing them, twice (notice a pattern?), isn't funny either. You are ruining people's rounds and continue to show a blatant disregard for how others feel because it is funny to you.

When you've properly reflected on this, you can make an appeal in another month.

Also your forum username is not appropriate and you need to change it.
