Well, up until now I had been mostly playing a blank slate kind of character. Not really driving stories much myself, but instead sticking to the background and bouncing off of other people as best I can. I've not done much roleplay at all before, and I was hoping to warm up a bit on Funky and build up some confidence before trying to flesh out an actual character. However, if I really must try it now, here goes:
Born on Earth, Evan Rogers is an amicable man traveling the world, hopping towns and jobs trying to find his place in life. While he works at a relaxed pace and often amuses himself listening to the people around him, Evan is always glad to help someone in need and perhaps crack a joke or two along the way.
Traveling and meeting people, Evan led a humble but eventful life. Yet, while he could settle down wherever he went, he would continue asking himself what else might lie over the horizon. He began to wonder if the journey itself had become his purpose.
Today, Evan finds himself working on his most “out there” gig yet: at a Nanotrasen facility way out in space!! You can often find him taking it easy, helping people and continuing to search for his ever-elusive north star. He’s heard some crazy rumors while working out here, but he’s not ready to move on to his next gig just yet. Besides, what’s the worst that could REALLY happen out here?
