i have a really fun video essay but idk if people are as autistic about Learning Random Stuff as me

I typically watch more positive essays? I know some people have a lot of fun with critical essays dunking on shit like... Say, Concord. I'm partial to that as well but I do lean towards the "I'm autistic as fuck here's my special interest info dump". It's just fun to share someone's appreciation for a topic, and if it's about a piece of media you haven't got the time to try yourself, hearing someone else cover it is the next best thing, IMO.

i like the odd video essay here and there, heavily depends if the topic relates to any of whatever i'm interested in at the time

I love video essays especially during phases where I didn't want to play SS14. I got into true crime video essays as a teenager (for some reason) and I just kept enjoying them. I haven't watched any recently though. No idea why. Now that I think about it I have been watching video essays about shows. I guess I mainly moved onto more lighthearted topics? I guess? I don't know.

But yeah! Video essays are cool.
