Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
My favorite SS13 character is Dave Daverson. He originally started as a self-insert character, and then developed his own goofy personality as time went on. Perpetually a little stoned, always a little confused, but he's here to help. His dimwittedness occaisionally has him doing favors for people he shouldn't, but he means well. He also has an uncanny ability to talk himself into ridiculous promotions.
Previous accomplishments include:
Developing Buttcoin science by electroplating graphics cards and putting them in the AI mainframe.
Developing the field of AI Therapy (he was ejected from the role due to the AI convincing him to ask command to remove the laws)
Developing Hell Weed that released phlogiston, miasma, LSD, and copious amount of THC when combusted (May have burned down Botany)
My favorite DnD characters are Ogg, a half-orc with more wisdom than intelligence. He had a special feat that allowed him to throw any weapon, so he carried multiple longswords to throw. My current character is a half-elf mage with a penchant for ales.
What made you join Funky Station?: Came from a recommendation from a friend, stayed because the website reminds me of when the internet was for fun.
