Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): James Holden, a rather simpleminded cargo tech who has been with Nanotrasen for one hell of a long time. Thing is, Nanotrasen usually had him on stations with skeleton crews. He later gets in one of them newfangled (at the time) prototype cryopods, goes to sleep, and then some other Nanotrasen station blows up and the papers about his existence go with it. A long time later some CentCom intern finds an ancient backup server of employee records and hey, whaddaya know, Nanotrasen has a whole lot of old employees just in cryosleep on some long-abandoned station in the middle of the galactic nowhere. So now he's back on station with naught but a "sorry we forgot anyway good luck lol" and a spiffy new uniform that doesn't smell like frozen-over maint sludge (even if he still reeks of it).
What made you join Funky Station?: It's a chill server with chill people. I've actually got full whitelist on the Discord, but I took a long break and you guys added FunkyAuth so now I'm here again. I used to play on Scarlet a lot, though I do have a friend who often played on Cirno that has been telling me of all the new stuff they added and how I should get back in, so here I am.
