Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): I love playing a bartender that lends a venting ear to poor spacers having a hellshift, making the bar that comfy space to take a minute to chill out or goof off. Or an engineer working their team to keep the station running smoothly, assisting in building station improvements and funny bits. I generally enjoy leaning into the quirks and making up lore of the various species. Feeling the struggles as a Vox of the stations lackluster accommodations is awesome. Being an extremely verbose Diona is always charming. Generally just trying to play a fun little guy and make sure everyone's having a good time, and I don't take in character friction or not "winning" the situation for the sake of a good bit too seriously.
What made you join Funky Station?: I had seen it in the server browser a while ago and joined during a non-whitelist period. I tend to observe as ghost the first couple round on any server to get a read on the culture and the quality of interaction between players I saw at that point seemed pretty good, so I figure I'll give it a shot given the current state of things.
Also, thank you for helping so many other communities get their servers back up, y'all are doing so much to bring joy to many people
