Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):

Back in SS13, I had an IPC character named KIL-ROY who was a navy veteran who retired to run the station bar. He was known for his excellent service and quirky sense of humor.

What made you join Funky Station?:

While Wizard's den is great, the server lacks content and most rounds are uneventful. I'd like to play a server with more stuff going on and I was told Funky was the place.

Could you go into more detail about your character's personality and/or backstory? It doesn't have to be the one you plan on playing on Funky, any character from any setting (even made up on the spot) will do.

Sure, how about a different character.

Maybeline Meyers was a young ginger-haired woman who despite her clumsiness and naivety (as well as being a bit of an alcoholic on top of everything), somehow managed to gain the rank of captain and was given her own station to command. Surprisingly, she proved to be very capable at the position and made friends with many of the crew. Maybeline's favorite animals were foxes because they have a hair color like hers and she thought the noises they made were funny. Her best friend was a human-coyote hybrid named Danny who worked as a janitor on the station and her favorite activity (besides drinking) was playing cards with the CMO.

Sadly Maybeline's skills with guns were found lacking when her station was attacked by nuclear operatives. She perished quickly on the front lines, but she had secretly slipped Bozo the clown the authentication disk who managed to evade the operatives long enough for the ERT to arrive. Luckily she was found to still be revivable and was able to return to centcom for debriefing. She was awarded a medal for her admirable defense of the station, but refused to accept it, stating that it should go to the clown... She was later demoted for the absurdity of her request.
