PERSONALITY
Skektekiteketekiti seems to be a focused and disciplined security officer, not prone to rash actions or impulsivity. On numerous occasions Skektekiteketekiti has displayed aptitude and initiative in dealing with station threats, often braving considerable threat to its life in order to protect company assets. In addition, Skektekiteketekiti has displayed a strong emotional attachment to other crew, especially fellow Voxkind. Skektekiteketekiti maintains a keen aptitude to learn more about Nanotrasen procedures and habits. The loyalty of Skektekiteketekiti towards Nanotrasen is believed to be absolute given its history and the initial impetus for it to join Nanotrasen (see below). This loyalty has been ensured following an interrogation session and the implantation of a █████████ on the ██/██/29██ by Compliance Officer ███████. With this assurance, Skektekiteketekiti now stands as a loyal member of Space Station 14's thin red line.
There are some defects within Skektekiteketekiti's personality that are of interest to Nanotrasen. Firstly, Skektekiteketekiti has been offered senior security positions when the situation was demanded, but it has shown some hesitance to take on these roles, even temporarily. We do not know why. It is likely in the interest of Nanotrasen that Skektekiteketekiti should take Command Suitability Assessments to at least provide some information on how Skektekiteketekiti would function within a command role.
Secondly, Skektekiteketekiti's attachment to fellow Voxkind may prove to become more of a hindrance rather than a help to Nanotrasen. Skektekiteketekiti has still expressed some irritation towards Nanotrasen management regarding the treatment of Voxkind, including informal complaints of a "poor state" of "Vox Boxes" aboard Space Station 14. Though these are not serious undercurrents of resentment towards Nanotrasen (and even if such resentment existed, action would be near-impossible given ██████████ ████████), the promise of assignment to stations with larger recreation facilities for Voxkind may be useful to silence these complaints at least within the short term.
EMPLOYEE HISTORY
Early life details are fragmentary in nature. The following information is yet to be completely verified as the vast majority of records on Skektekiteketekiti's former arkship Krititayakitikasuri (translated as Spiraling-Ever-Upwards-To-Heaven) became inaccessible after its destruction in 29██. With that said, Skektekiteketekiti was allegedly born on the aforementioned arkship in the first half of the thirteenth month of 29██. Based on information garnered from both Skektekiteketekiti's initial interviews and other surviving Voxkind from the same arkship, we can assume that its early life was spent in horrific conditions common to that of a Voxkind from a lower caste, with overcrowded quarters, rampant crime, and an intermittent ration supply. Reports of strange behaviour from Skektekiteketekiti by fellow crew including the hoarding of food, consumption of raw vermin, and a lack of understanding the concept of personal space seem to support these assertions. Whether Skektekiteketekiti participated in the arkship's criminal underworld to survive is unknown to us, but is not impossible given aforementioned conditions.
Skektekiteketekiti is believed to have lost its left arm and left leg in an accident in 29██, leaving it unable to support itself onboard the arkship. This is believed to be the major impetus for Skektekiteketekiti to begin work with Nanotrasen, as during the initial interviewing process it asked many questions about company replacements for the rudimentary prosthetics it had acquired on the arkship in the year since.
Indeed, the timing of Skektekiteketekiti's employment is fortuitous, given that some months after its employment began the arkship Krititayakitikasuri was destroyed in a disaster in orbit of 51-Pegasi-B on ██/██/29██. The disaster is believed to have been caused by a repair malfunction leading to a catastrophic explosion and meltdown of multiple of the arkship's cadmium reactors, destroying the vast majority of both the arkship and its estimated population of around 1.2 million.
After initial interviews, Skektekiteketekiti was assigned to work in security, where during training on Mars it displayed a good aptitude for enforcement and a keen desire to learn Nanotrasen company policies and company law. Skektekiteketekiti is thus well placed to continue in career paths in station security and even into Nanotrasen Central Command if it so wishes. After 4 years working with Nanotrasen on stations 3, 8 and 12, Skektekiteketekiti was assigned to Nanotrasen Station-14.
