X: So first of all, what was your reason for joining us here and getting a job in the science department.
B: Oh, well the reason was rather unfortunate, I don't want to say too much about it, but I think we were around 160 km underwater then, we had been doing a job and well, stuff went wrong and the vessel was lost, ended up with me being in a pretty bad situation and my career was pretty much over, again, I don't want to talk too much about it honestly, but I had a friend get me to join them to work at a space station and so. Those were, good days for me, but I hope for this information to stay confidential, I don't need coworkers knowing about it.
X: Very well, I can assure you that only CC members will hear of this, now though, mind if I ask about this friend of yours?
B: Yeah sure, they're a slime person currently working in salvage, they don't come from the same planet as me, but we ended up meeting through work.
X: Uh huh, now then, you seem like an alright fit for the position of a research director, we will contact you within a work week and you will most likely be sent to CC, they will give you a proper run down and if they decide that you are indeed a good fit, you will be coming back as a research director.

Description: Bernice Hawkins, a 42 year old harpy originating from [REDACTED], spent their life working on submarine vessels until they became a captain of their own vessel, they proceeded to take on jobs they got at outposts. primarily taking jobs that involved combat, against the hostile wildlife, rebel forces and such. Many of their captaincy years were during the planets civil war, when local populace rebelled against NT, with Bernice mainly siding with NT and being viewed as a traitor by the rebels, the crimes committed against rebel forces and commanded crew and cruelty displayed has been pardoned by NT and erased from records.
