Can you provide us with more detail on the personality or backstory of Milton Webs? I'd like to know more about their time as a member of a PMC or any specific interactions you found memorable when taking bribes on Starlight. Are there any items of their personality you feel are especially important to their characterization? What are they typically like on a shift-to-shift basis?

For backstory: Milton was born on earth to two felionoid parents. They'd immigrated to earth to claim a plot of land, eventually using it for a farming business. After turning 18 and attending education (though never completing highschool or college) he decides hes unsatisfied with his life and starts contracting with this PMC "USEC" that has heavy ties to Nanotrasen. Milton is mostly off world at this point, but most of his work involved fighting for an NT backed nation on another world, against a Syndicate funded Annexation. After turning 26 Milton's contract is refused renewal, soon turning to NT for employment.
